Welcome to Cadella Medical Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our services are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician.
  • Treatments are provided for cosmetic and wellness purposes only, unless otherwise stated.
  • We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
  • Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new treatment.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatments, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Certain services may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions, allergies, or who are pregnant/breastfeeding.
  • We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

3. Consultations

  • A consultation may be required prior to certain services.
  • You must provide complete and accurate medical history information.
  • Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in refusal of service and forfeiture of payment.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • We require 72 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling.
  • No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • We accept all major debit and credit cards.
  • All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
  • Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Results & Risks

  • Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.
  • Possible side effects, risks, and recovery times will be discussed prior to treatment.
  • By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless specified.
  • Expiration dates apply as stated on the gift card or promotion.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and store your personal information in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Your information will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
