Analytics and Tracking Tools

We may use cookies and website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the website and to improve website performance, content, and user experience.

These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with website features. Analytics providers process this information in accordance with their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies and Privacy Choices

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential website functions and website analytics. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the availability or performance of some website features.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, maintain appropriate business and clinical records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Medical records are retained according to applicable legal and professional requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties

We disclose personal information to providers that support scheduling, communications, payment processing, fulfillment, website operation, analytics, advertising, and other practice functions, subject to appropriate restrictions and applicable law. Providers acting on our behalf may use information only for the services and other purposes permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

We do not sell or rent personal information for money. We may disclose information when permitted or required by applicable law, including in connection with a qualifying business transaction. Disclosures of protected health information remain subject to HIPAA, other applicable confidentiality laws, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. This section does not independently authorize disclosure of protected health information.

SMS/Text Messaging

If you separately opt in, Cadella Aesthetics may send texts to the mobile number you provide for the categories you select: (1) appointment and nonpromotional customer-care messages and/or (2) promotional messages. Selecting appointment/customer-care messages does not authorize promotional messages. Promotional texts may be sent using automated technology where disclosed in the opt-in form. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of treatment or purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any text message. We honor reasonable opt-out requests promptly and within applicable legal requirements. You may receive one nonpromotional message confirming your request.

For help, reply HELP or call (312) 915-0195.

We do not sell or rent mobile information or share mobile information or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to messaging providers and other processors solely as necessary to administer the messaging program on our behalf, subject to restrictions against independent marketing use. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Ordinary text messages may not be encrypted and may be viewed by others with access to your device. Contact us to request another communication method. Do not send urgent medical concerns or sensitive medical details by ordinary text.

Your Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to stop marketing communications. We evaluate requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity and authority. Some information must be retained for treatment, legal, recordkeeping, or other permitted purposes. HIPAA does not provide a general right to delete medical records. Rights concerning protected health information, including access and amendment requests, are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. An amendment request does not necessarily result in removal or replacement of the original record.

Children’s Privacy

Our general website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Parents or legally authorized representatives may provide information about children to request or arrange care. Treating minor patients does not mean that our general website is intended for children’s direct use. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13 except as permitted by applicable law. Information relating to minor patients may be used for treatment, payment, health care operations, and other purposes permitted by applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Parent and representative access is subject to applicable law, including protections for care to which a minor may lawfully consent independently.

HIPAA and Health Information

As a medical practice, Cadella Aesthetics may create, receive, maintain, or transmit health information that is protected health information under HIPAA, including information received through website forms, scheduling functions, telephone calls, and text messages. Whether information is protected health information depends on the information and context, not simply how it was collected.

Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains permitted uses and disclosures of protected health information, our duties, and your rights. For information about our privacy practices involving protected health information, please see our Notice of Privacy Practices, available through the Cadella Aesthetics website, at covered service locations, and upon request. Where this Policy discusses protected health information, it must be read consistently with HIPAA, other applicable confidentiality laws, and that Notice. Acknowledging the Notice, accepting website cookies, or opting in to texts does not by itself authorize uses or disclosures requiring a separate HIPAA authorization.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version and effective date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent or authorization where required by applicable law. A policy update does not itself authorize a new use or disclosure that requires separate consent or authorization.
